Talley High School students in the Adult Transition Program recently teamed up with the district’s Nutrition Services Department to kick off a new Pop-Up Student Taste Test Program. The students will setup booths in cafeterias around the district to allow other students to sample new, exciting recipe items and gather student feedback that will be used to offer new school menu items.
This week, students tested an Indian-style Butter Chicken & Rice recipe that could be rolled-out on lunch menus in the new year.
