Ordinance No. 03-2022 Passed at February 22 City Council Meeting on Feb. 22

City of Covington issued the following announcement on Feb. 23.

ORDINANCE NO. 03-2022

An Ordinance of the City of Covington, Washington, renewing Ordinance No. 09-2021, which adopted interim zoning regulations related to permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, emergency housing, and emergency shelters in response to HB 1220; amending CMC 14.30.040, CMC 18.20.018, CMC 18.20.032, CMC 18.20.034, CMC 18.20.052, CMC 18.25.030, and CMC 18.31.120, for a period of six months; adopting findings of fact; providing for severability; requiring a public hearing; and setting an effective date.

Passed by the City Council of Covington, Washington, at the City Council meeting of Feb. 22, 2022.  This ordinance shall be in full effect on Mar. 22, 2022, after passage and publication, as provided by law. A summary of this ordinance may be published in lieu of publishing the ordinance in its entirety.
