City of Des Moines issued the following announcement on April 9.
In order to help businesses with the financial hardships caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Des Moines is extending the tax filing deadline for business and occupation (B&O) taxes. We are extending the 1st quarter tax deadline to July 31st (previously April 30th).
