City of Bothell issued the following announcement on April 2
We understand that many of our utility customers are impacted by COVID-19. We’re here to help with the resources and tools to walk you through how to make online payments, learn about community resources to assist with utility payments, and help qualifying low-income residents who are at least 62 years old apply for discounted rates.
We have also instituted a grace period for late payments and are not mailing shut-off notices this month.
