Median home prices in Seatac rose to $572,500 in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Seatac rose by $67,500 while total sales decreased by 15.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $572,500 - a 13.4 percent increase over the $505,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Seatac in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Seatac for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,091, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
