Kent (unincorporated) home prices rose in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Kent (unincorporated) rose by $140,300 while total sales increased by eight percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 176 homes sold, with a median sale price of $703,000 - a 24.9 percent increase over the $562,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 163 homes sold in Kent (unincorporated) in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Kent (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,966, approximately 0.6 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
