Pricing for the median home in Renton (unincorporated) increased during the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Renton (unincorporated) rose by $165,000 while total sales decreased by 13.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $755,000 - a 28 percent increase over the $590,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Renton (unincorporated) in the first half of 2021.
