Median home prices in Maple Valley rose to $825,000 in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Maple Valley rose by $150,000 while total sales decreased by 7.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 214 homes sold, with a median sale price of $825,000 - a 22.2 percent increase over the $675,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 232 homes sold in Maple Valley in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Maple Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,628, approximately 0.6 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
