Home prices increased in Auburn (unincorporated) during Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Auburn (unincorporated) rose by $115,000 while total sales decreased by 20 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $655,000 - a 21.3 percent increase over the $540,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Auburn (unincorporated) in the second quarter of 2021.
