Q2: Home prices in Black Diamond (unincorporated) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Black Diamond (unincorporated) rose by $185,000 while total sales increased by 25 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,445,000 - a 14.7 percent increase over the $1,260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Black Diamond (unincorporated) in the second quarter of 2021.
