Rising home prices in Seattle (unincorporated) in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Seattle (unincorporated) rose by $95,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 26 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $615,500 - an 18.4 percent increase over the $520,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Seattle (unincorporated) in May 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Seattle (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,247, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for May.
