May: Maple Valley experienced a 31% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Maple Valley rose by $195,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 43 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $825,000 - a 31 percent increase over the $630,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Maple Valley in May 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Maple Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,628, approximately 0.6 percent of the median home sale price for May.
