Median home prices in Auburn rose to $626,000 in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Auburn rose by $127,500 while total sales decreased by 20 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $626,000 - a 25.6 percent increase over the $498,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Auburn in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Auburn for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,743, approximately 0.6 percent of the median home sale price for April.
