Median home prices in Renton (unincorporated) rose to $740,000 in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Renton (unincorporated) rose by $165,000 while total sales decreased by 22.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $740,000 - a 28.7 percent increase over the $575,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Renton (unincorporated) in April 2021.
