The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate David Adam Smith, Adam Smith for Congress Committee, refunded $250 to Justin Rubin on November 1, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Adam Smith for Congress Committee refunded $1,250 total since June 1.
