City of Kenmore issued the following announcement on Nov. 18.
On November 20th, the City of Kenmore will begin to accept applications to fill an upcoming vacancy for Council Position No. 3, which will become vacant on December 31st. The appointed candidate for Position No. 3 will serve until the certification of the November 2021 election. Applications can be obtained through our website: www.kenmorewa.gov, or by emailing the City Clerk at awarhol@kenmorewa.gov. The deadline to submit the application and all supplemental materials will be on December 4th at 10 a.m. No late submittals will be accepted.

- December 7 - Council meets in Executive Session to evaluate qualifications of candidates
- January 4 - Council interviews candidates
