Seattle (unincorporated) home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Seattle (unincorporated) rose by $4,650 while total sales decreased by 53.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 92 homes sold, with a median sale price of $354,625 - a 1.3% increase over the $349,975 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 198 homes sold in Seattle (unincorporated) in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Seattle (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,247, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
