Kent (unincorporated) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Kent (unincorporated) rose by $28,500 while total sales decreased by 55.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 70 homes sold, with a median sale price of $382,250 - a 8.1% increase over the $353,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 158 homes sold in Kent (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Kent (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,966, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
