Kent (unincorporated) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Kent (unincorporated) rose by $72,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $422,000 - a 20.6% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 120 homes sold in Kent (unincorporated) in the first quarter of 2017.
