Auburn (unincorporated) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Auburn (unincorporated) rose by $57,200 while total sales decreased by 14%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $374,000 - a 18.1% increase over the $316,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Auburn (unincorporated) in the first quarter of 2017.
