Renton (unincorporated) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Renton (unincorporated) rose by $74,975 while total sales decreased by 23.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $514,975 - a 17% increase over the $440,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Renton (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2017.
