The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in East Renton Highlands (unincorporated) rose by $32,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 137 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 137 homes sold, with a median sale price of $482,500 - a 7.2% increase over the $450,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year.
