White Center (unincorporated) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in White Center (unincorporated) rose by $31,500 while total sales decreased by 41.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $401,500 - a 8.5% increase over the $370,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in White Center (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2017.
