South Federal Way (unincorporated) home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in South Federal Way (unincorporated) rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 7.2% increase over the $382,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in South Federal Way (unincorporated) in the fourth quarter of 2017.
