Kent home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Kent rose by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 38.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 13.6% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Kent in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Kent for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,686, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
