Seatac home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Seatac rose by $71,750 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 24.9% increase over the $288,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Seatac in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Seatac for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,091, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
