Seattle (unincorporated) home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Seattle (unincorporated) rose by $60,000 while total sales decreased by 63%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 17.1% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Seattle (unincorporated) in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Seattle (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,247, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
