Auburn home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Auburn rose by $15,100 while total sales decreased by 59.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,100 - a 4.8% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Auburn in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Auburn for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,743, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
