Renton home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Renton rose by $50,000 while total sales decreased by 52.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 12.5% increase over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Renton in September 2016.

The median sales tax in Renton for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,150, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for September 2017.
