Seatac home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Seatac rose by $57,250 while total sales decreased by 44%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $357,250 - a 19.1% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Seatac in September 2016.
