Maple Valley home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Maple Valley rose by $50,250 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $438,000 - a 13% increase over the $387,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Maple Valley in October 2016.
