Des Moines home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Des Moines rose by $23,750 while total sales decreased by 67.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,750 - a 6.8% increase over the $347,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Des Moines in October 2016.
