Seattle (unincorporated) home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Seattle (unincorporated) fell by $9,058 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,918 - a 2.6% decrease over the $349,975 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Seattle (unincorporated) in October 2016.

The median sales tax in Seattle (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,247, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for October 2017.
