Des Moines home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Des Moines rose by $86,000 while total sales decreased by 64.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $407,500 - a 26.7% increase over the $321,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Des Moines in November 2016.
