The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Seattle (unincorporated) rose by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 63.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 6.6% increase over the $342,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Seattle (unincorporated) in November 2016.
