Kent home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Kent rose by $38,750 while total sales decreased by 59.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,750 - a 12.2% increase over the $317,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Kent in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Kent for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,686, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for November 2017.
