Tukwila home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Tukwila fell by $33,000 while total sales decreased by 56.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 9.5% decrease over the $348,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Tukwila in November 2016.
