Auburn home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Auburn fell by $8,750 while total sales decreased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 2.7% decrease over the $323,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Auburn in November 2016.
