Pacific home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Pacific rose by $35,400 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,500 - a 14.7% increase over the $240,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Pacific in December 2016.

The median sales tax in Pacific for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,852, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for December 2017.
