Renton home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Renton rose by $106,300 while total sales decreased by 59.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $480,000 - a 28.4% increase over the $373,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Renton in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Renton for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,150, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
