Black Diamond home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Black Diamond rose by $167,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $537,500 - a 45.3% increase over the $370,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Black Diamond in February 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Black Diamond for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,492, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
