Maple Valley home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Maple Valley rose by $114,500 while total sales decreased by 37.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $499,500 - a 29.7% increase over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Maple Valley in March 2017.
