Normandy Park home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Normandy Park rose by $53,000 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $691,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $638,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Normandy Park in April 2017.
