Burien home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Burien rose by $197,495 while total sales decreased by 69.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $577,495 - a 52% increase over the $380,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Burien in April 2017.
