The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Renton (unincorporated) rose by $247,450 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $639,950 - a 63% increase over the $392,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Renton (unincorporated) in July 2017.
