Seattle (unincorporated) home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Seattle (unincorporated) rose by $179,750 while total sales decreased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $535,000 - a 50.6% increase over the $355,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Seattle (unincorporated) in July 2017.
