Auburn home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Auburn rose by $63,900 while total sales increased by 18.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $394,000 - a 19.4% increase over the $330,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Auburn in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Auburn for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,743, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
