Renton home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Renton rose by $30,500 while total sales increased by 41.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $480,500 - a 6.8% increase over the $450,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Renton in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Renton for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,150, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
