Auburn home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Auburn fell by $7,500 while total sales increased by 32.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 2% decrease over the $372,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Auburn in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Auburn for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,743, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
