Covington home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Covington fell by $22,975 while total sales decreased by 39.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 6.4% decrease over the $357,975 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Covington in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Covington for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,599, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
